We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our recruitment team as a working student. This position offers you a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the recruitment industry and gain valuable insights into the world of recruitment.
- Support in identifying and approaching potential candidates via various channels
- Implementation of screening processes and job interviews
- Support in creating and updating job advertisements and profiles
- Maintenance of applicant databases and support with administrative tasks
- Collaboration on projects in the area of personnel recruitment and development
- You are a registered student at a college or university
- You are interested in the recruitment industry and the recruitment process
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- You work independently and in a structured manner
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
